Kingston Barnes is working with a multi-award-winning regional contractor recruiting for their busy pre construction team. Our client is looking to hire a Bid Coordinator to support the team with innovative and exciting construction projects in their offices. You will be working for a market-leading contractor that focuses on new build and refurbishment projects ranging between £2 million and £15 million in value across a wide range of sectors including education, commercial, leisure, residential and healthcare.
The Opportunity:
They are looking for support within their bid team to help put together case studies, profile writing and ensuring bids are presented to a high standard. A background in construction is not essential but a flair for marketing and administration is! The position involves creating marketing material to promote their projects, development and business wide activities. Maintaining a marketing database of relevant contact, images and support bid visual presentation of bids and post bid presentations. This is a position where you have the opportunity to be involved with several stages of pre contract work and it will suit an individual who likes to be busy, is highly organised, energetic and has good attention to detail. You must be proficient in using InDesign.
You will be joining an established company and have the full support of your team. The position is office based in Wiltshire with the opportunity to work from home one day a week in the future.
