BUILDING MAINTENANCE OPERATIVE required to work in Cheshire and surrounding areas throughout the North West
Recruitment Specialists Kingston Barnes Ltd are currently recruiting for a Building Maintenance Operative to work in Cheshire and surrounding areas throughout the North West.

- Project = Various Infrastructure Projects throughout Cheshire the North West.
- Duties = Working in a two-person team, you will be required to undertake a range of building maintenance activities, such as: Fitting aluminium doors and frames, Fitting steel security doors, Fitting timber doors and frames, and Carpentry/Joinery.
- Qualifications/Experience = Proven experience of General Building Maintenance (Interior & Exterior) and proven skills in the use of hand and power tools is required. A valid CSCS and a Full Clean Driving License is also required for this role, while any additional qualifications are preferred.
- Duration = Temporary to Permanent.
- Hours = 7:00am till 16:00pm Monday to Thursday and 7:00am till 13:00pm on the Friday. (40 Hours Paid Per Week).
