THE OPPORTUNITY
This role will involve working on a variety of projects across all sectors undertaking commissioning management, asset management, project and change management duties in relation to all aspects of building services engineering. Working within a multidisciplinary team, you will work on a range of projects, surveys, and building services commissions to help maximise the value our clients achieve from their built assets. You will also be actively involved in surveying and inspecting installations and properties, design reviews, specification, and management of building services contracts, preparing feasibility studies, defect analysis reports, technical audits, as well as direct client and customer liaison.
Excellent report writing and communications skills are required and the ability to liaise professionally with clients and colleagues is essential.

The applicant would be interested in honing their skills at management level and be able to coordinate and take ownership on a variety of projects. Furthermore, a l<ey aspect of the role will be to assist in the technical development of our existing team members in relation to building services pre, during and post the construction phase.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Interpret engineering reports, drawings, layouts, and other visual aids
- To assist in the planning and distribution of the commissioning plan for mechanical, electrical and process commissioning, detailing dates, timescales, and resource requirements
- Lead an M&E team in the co-ordination and delivery of individual projects, including attendance at meetings, internal programming, project reviews etc
- Manage client and other team relationships. Understand client needs and interpret and confirm the project brief To manage the takeover, manual, automatic and performance testing
- To establish and maintain company-wide commissioning standards and systems to optimise the management of plant commissioning activities
- To provide technical support as required to the Client and to resolve/feedback information across the commissioning staff
- The approval of draft and subsequent detail documentation, O & M manuals, and operating procedures for use by the client
- Writing technical reports and specifications
- Conduct on site Engineering Services inspections and reporting for due diligence (Vendors and Acquisition) and dilapidations
- Be committed to supporting and assisting the Partnership and all Client organisations in their Net Zero Carbon roadmaps
