THE OPPORTUNITY
Our Client are looking for a Contract Administrator to provide exceptional customer service and business support in order to contribute to the continued growth and success of the Business.
This role is site based and will require the successful candidate to work as part of a team supporting the business function such as Plan and arrange call outs, maintenance visits, delivery of materials, Extra Works within contracted SLAs, Create monthly Customer Report with Contract Manager, maintain notice boards on site (including QHSE), Ensuring QHSE documentation is maintained Review Subcontractor performance and feedback through appropriate systems and Actively identify/implement innovation across the contract to enhance performance and continue to meet client expectations.
This role will appeal to any level of administrator who has previous experience within the FM and Building Services industries or a relatable industry, within construction, trades or engineering.
In return, our client is offering a highly competitive salary from £25,000 – £28,,000 plus Annual Leave and Pension Scheme.
