Mechanical PM Supervisor- Bristol

Your role responsibilities:
- Responsible for the upkeep and general reliability of the equipment.
- Ensure plans and strategies are effectively undertaken
- To promote the environment and health and safety in the workplace
- Delegate work appropriately
- Provide your team with development opportunities and coaching.
Requirements
- NVQ level 3 Engineering (or equivalent)
- Lean Six Sigma (Yellow belt) (desirable)
- Project management qualification or training
- Ability to trouble shoot under pressure and make recommendations
- Frontline maintenance experience within a continuous process manufacturing facility
- Experience of contractor management
Salary/shift pattern
- The Salary is £51,777.14, with up to 10% bonus.
- Lots of overtime, circa £60k – 65k with OTE is achievable
- 10% bonus (5% personal performance, 5% company performance)
- Overtime is paid at x1.5 and x2 for Sunday
- 1 in 6 callout (on call 24/7), get paid if called (1.5 or double time depending when)
- 7.00 a.m. – 3.30 p.m. Mon-Thurs, 7.00 a.m. – 2.30 p.m. on a Friday
- 1.5 during the week and Saturday, Sunday and bank holidays double
- Up to 25 days holiday + 8 bank holidays
- You can choose to contribute 3% or 5% and the Company matches your contribution.
- After three years’ service the Company will double your contribution and after ten years’ service you can increase your contribution to 6%. Therefore, your maximum contribution could be 18%.
