Job Title: Electrical Bias Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer

Shifts: 4 on 4 off (Days and Nights), 12-hour shifts

The Role:
We are seeking an Electrical Bias Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer to support operations at a cutting-edge production facility. You'll be part of a dedicated engineering team responsible for the maintenance and optimisation of automated machinery and systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct both reactive and planned preventative maintenance (PPM)
- Work on a range of systems including grading machines, shaft drives, hydraulics, pneumatics, pumps, motors, inverters, and drives
- Perform fault finding and machine improvements to enhance reliability and efficiency
- Support with upgrades, repairs, and continuous improvement initiatives
- Report directly to the Engineering and Site Services Managers
Skills & Experience Required:
- Minimum qualification in engineering (e.g., NVQ, BTEC Level 1-3, apprenticeship, or equivalent experience)
- Strong understanding of both electrical and mechanical maintenance
- Experience in an FMCG or manufacturing environment preferred
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Training & Development:
