Project Support Administrator
The Company:
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Project Support Administrator to join our client on a permanent basis, working from their busy office in Bristol. They bring commercial spaces to life through expertly crafted interior design and build solutions. From concept to completion, they specialise in transforming offices, workplaces, laboratories, and commercial environments into dynamic, functional spaces.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide day-to-day administrative support to Project Managers, Contract Managers and Site Personnel across multiple construction fit out projects
- Maintain project documentation, including contracts, drawings, reports, and correspondence
- Assist in the preparation of project plans, schedules, and progress reports
- Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, and record accurate minutes and actions
- Track project milestones, deliverables, and key performance indicators
- Support procurement processes, including raising purchase orders and maintaining records
- Support site set up activities and coordination with in-house warehousing facility
- Monitor and update risk registers, issue logs, and change control documentation
- Liaise with internal teams, contractors, consultants, and stakeholders to ensure effective communication
- Assist with contract administration tasks, including document control and compliance tracking
- Ensure all project records are stored and managed in line with company procedures
- Support health & safety documentation and compliance requirements where needed
- Support junior members of the Project Support function
Ideally you will have previous experience in a project support, coordination, or administrative role, preferably within construction industry. With strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities. Excellent Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
