Due to continued growth, they are looking to appoint an experienced and creative Proposals Coordinator / Proposals Manager to strengthen their pre-construction function.

The Role
As Proposals Coordinator / Manager you will be responsible for producing high quality, visually engaging, client ready proposal documents for competitive tenders and project submissions.
Your responsibilities will include:

Coordinating and organising all documentation required for proposals

Structuring, formatting and preparing submission documents to a high professional standard

Creating polished branding, artwork, imagery and graphics for tender packs

Managing document control to ensure accuracy, clarity and consistency
-
Liaising with internal teams to gather technical content and supporting information
-
Developing templates, layouts and presentation formats that enhance submissions
-
Supporting and mentoring an Assistant within the proposals team

Bringing creativity, structure and organisation to the proposals process

Skilled in formatting, layout, branding and document design

Confident coordinating multiple submissions and deadlines

Comfortable working with stakeholders across the business

Able to take ownership of the proposals process from start to finish

Excited by producing visually strong, polished documentation
Construction experience is useful, but they are very open to candidates from other industries with strong proposals, bids, document control, marketing or design coordination backgrounds.
