The Company:
An opportunity has arisen for a Quantity Surveyor to join my client, a leading regional contractor in Bristol with over 100 years of experience in the construction industry. Their focus allows them to deliver complex and time sensitive projects to clients in the Education, Healthcare, Commercial, Defence & residential sectors.
The Opportunity:
Due to recently awarded projects in Bristol & Wiltshire, they are looking for a Quantity Surveyor to join them on a permanent basis at their office in Bristol. The position is office based with 1-2 days on site. Projects include both new build & refurbishments ranging in value from £1.5m-£8m. Ideally you will have a minimum of 5 years experience with a tier 1 or regional contractor, can manage change control and operate the commercial functions working closely with the Managing QS and wider commercial team
