We’re partnering with a top-tier, multi-disciplinary consultancy based in the heart of Bristol that’s expanding fast — with its infrastructure workload set to double within 12 months. They’re looking for an experienced Senior Cost Manager to help drive this growth and play a key role in some of the most ambitious transport and civil engineering projects across the region.

What You’ll Be Doing:

Leading the cost management of major infrastructure projects

Preparing detailed estimates, cost plans and feasibility studies

Overseeing contract administration and commercial strategy

Managing client relationships and mentoring junior staff

Driving best practice and contributing to team and project success

Supporting tenders, bids, and stakeholder negotiations
What We’re Looking For:

MRICS accredited, with 5+ years post-qualification experience

A strong background in consultancy (or major civils contractor experience)

Proven experience working on highways, transport or civil infrastructure
-
Confident communicator and team leader, able to influence and advise

Commercially astute, delivery-focused, and client-led in your approach
