The Opportunity
You’ll join a well-established and growing Project Management team delivering high-value new build and refurbishment projects across the South West.
Typical sectors include:
You’ll manage projects from concept to completion, build relationships with key clients, and play an active role in developing the team’s presence across the region.
What You’ll Be Doing

Lead and support delivery of major projects (£20m–£60m, with exposure to £100m+ schemes).

Manage full project lifecycles including design team appointments, planning, procurement and contract administration (NEC / JCT).

Work closely with Building Surveying and Cost Consultancy teams on multi-disciplinary commissions.

Develop client relationships and help drive repeat business.

Support bids, pitches and cross-selling across wider service lines.

Mentor junior members of the team and help shape a positive team culture.

What We’re Looking For

Proven Project Management experience within the built environment.

Strong technical background (PM / QS / BS / Engineering preferred).

Experience delivering new build and/or major refurbishment schemes.

Good working knowledge of NEC and/or JCT contracts.

Excellent communication and client-facing skills.
-
Proactive, organised and motivated with a genuine desire to progress.

Enjoy working as part of a collaborative multi-disciplinary team.
