The Role:
The company are looking for a candidate with warranty management experience to join their growing team.
Duties include, but aren’t limited to:
- Ensure repair workflows and warranty claims processes are prioritised to ensure smooth, efficient service for customers.
- Provide sufficient resources to meet strict SLA’s
- Collaborate with global service centres and workshops, ensuring high standards of quality and customer care.
- Handling a company's warranties and claims. It involves recording warranty information, managing claims, and tracking warranty performance
Requirements:
- Previous experience in warranty management within an electro-mechanical or technology-driven industry.
- Strong understanding of warranty claims processes, service networks, and quality control.
- Excellent problem-solving and organisational skills.
- Ability to work cross-functionally with internal teams and external service providers.
- Proficiency in warranty tracking systems and data analysis.

Package:
- £40,000 - £50,000 per year depending on experience
- 40hrs per week Monday – Friday
- 25 days annual leave + bank holidays
- Statutory pension
