Location: Bristol | Double Days Shift (Earlies & Lates)
Salary
£31,000 – £35,000 + Shift Allowance
OTE: £35,000 – £40,000
Shift Pattern (Double Days)
Monday – Thursday:
Earlies: 06:00 – 14:00
Lates: 14:00 – 22:00
Friday:
Earlies: 06:00 – 12:00
Lates: 12:00 – 17:00

The Role
- Build systems, sub-assemblies, and components to required quality and ISO standards
- Work to build schedules and engineering specifications
- Ensure BOM and customer requirements are met
- Identify and resolve build issues efficiently
- Report technical problems using the FRACAS process
- Maintain and develop technical competence through training
- Support the team by acting as a point of reference within the build area
- Train and guide less experienced technicians
- Maintain high standards of housekeeping, cleanliness, and health & safety
- Support and promote 5S and continuous improvement initiatives
The Candidate
- Experience in mechanical assembly or fitting
- Background within a workshop or similar engineering environment
- Relevant mechanical qualification or apprenticeship
- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings
