My client a central Bristol manufacturing company is looking to recruit a picking/ store operative on a temp to perm basis.
Location:
BS1- Central Bristol
Hours of work:
Standard day shift of 08:00 to 16:30 Monday to Friday or a rotating shift pattern of 06:00 to 13:45 and 13:15 to 21:00, depending on business requirements.
Pay:
£14.40 per hour including holiday pay
The role will involve:
- Ensures orderly production and distribution of products by pulling orders from inventory
- Collecting, sorting, and organizing parts
- Picking and completing orders using handscanner and computer system
- Recording location of inventory, and reporting shortages.
- Maintaining a clean and safe working environment (housekeeping)
Previous experience in a warehouse, production, or engineering environment is preferred, though training is provided.
Candidates who must be able to demonstrate reliability and punctuality will also be key.
