Are you a Project Manager looking for quality local projects, a secured pipeline of work and a business where you can build a long term career?
Kingston Barnes is working with a highly regarded main contractor looking to appoint an experienced Project Manager or Senior Site Manager Ready to take the next step to join its growing South West team.
You’ll take ownership of £10m–£20m new build projects, predominantly across education and healthcare, generally within an hour of Bristol.
THE OPPORTUNITY
The business has an excellent reputation across the South West, with a strong pipeline of framework led and repeat client work providing genuine long term security.
As Project Manager, you’ll lead projects from pre construction and mobilisation through to successful handover, managing the site team and working closely with commercial, design and client teams.
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
You’ll ideally be an established Project Manager from a main contracting background, with experience delivering new build projects of a similar scale.
Education, healthcare or public sector experience would be advantageous, but ultimately we’re looking for someone who can lead a team, own a project and deliver.
